ANDHRA PRADESH SCHOLARSHIPS :  EPASS(ELECTRONIC PAYMENT AND APPLICATION SYSTEM OF SCHOLARSHIPS )is the official scholarships scheme of GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH.Under the epass online scholarships scheme,the ANDHRA PRADESH state government is providing postmatric scholarships,ie,both tuition fee reimbursement(RTF)& maintenance charges(MTF), to all eligible students who are studying postmatric courses across the state.           The ANDHRA PRADESH POSTMATRIC SCHOLARSHIPS SCHEME is completely ICT enabled &working through EPASS ONLINE SYSTEM. Right from the application filing to the disbursal of RTF & MTF amounts ,every step will be completely done through online.   The official scholarship website of govt of AP is: http://epass.cgg.gov.in       EPASS SCHOLARSHIPS IS NOTHING BUT ANDHRA PRADESH SCHOLARSHIPS  OR AP ONLINE SCHOLARSHIPS.

EPASS SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION REGISTRATION 2011-12:-     Astudent can register his scholarship application online in epass website http://epass.cgg.gov.in   within the time frame fixed by the government.Then only that application will be verified and if it found eligible ,the student can be provided with both REIMBURSEMENT OF TUITION FEE(RTF) & MAINTENANCE CHARGES(MTF) as per the rates fixed by Govt.     For the academic year 2011-12,the government of ANDHRA PRADESH has extended the last date of registration of scholarship applications SIX TIMES generously upto JANUARY 15,2012 almost 8 months . EPASS SCHOLARSHIPS/AP SCHOLARSHIPS -REASONS FOR REJECTION OF A SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM:     When a student filed his/her application online for claiming both reimbursement of tuition fee(RTF) & maintenance fee(MTF),his application will be verified & scru itinized at three levels,ie, 1)verified by the college principal 2)by the verification officer attached to the college and 3)finally by the concerned district welfare officer of the district.  If the scholarship application will be verified & found to be correct in all the above three levels,then only that application will be gone for sanction.    In all the three levels the application will be rejected by any one of them with the following reasons.
