EPASS - WHAT IS EPASS AND WHAT IS IT MEANT FOR ?

EPASS--( ELECTRONIC PAYMENT AND APPLICATION SYSTEM OF SCHOLARSHIPS) EPASS SCHOLARSHIPS:
      WHAT IS EPASS:
                 EPASS is a flagship programme of Government of ANDHRA PRADESH pertaining to online post-matric scholarships.EPASS in fulll length is ELECTRONIC PAYMENT AND APPLICATION SYSTEM OF SCHOLARSHIPS.EPASS scholarships scheme is the most successful online scholarships programme in ANDHRA PRADESH.
EPASS ON SATURATION MODE:
                Under this scheme the Govt of AP IS giving post-matric scholaships to all eligible students who are pursuing post-matric courses from ITI to PH.D on saturation basis  to all elgible SC, ST,BC,ESC,PHYSICALLY challenged and minority students with in the stipulated income ceiling.
                For claiming EPASS Scholarships in ANDHRA PRADESH , all students are eligible irrespective of caste.Income is only cretevia for claimng scholarships.the maximum income limit is 2lakhs per year for sc&st students and 1 lakh for others.
EPASS- RTF & MTF:
                The EPASS Scholarships scheme has two components one is RTF & the other is MTF.
     RTF : Reimbersement of tuition Fee--All non-refundable fee is payable to collegs on behalf of students.
     MTF : Maintenance charges-- the maintenance amount is payable to students for daily expenses.
                             The Govt of Andhra pradesh recognized this scheme as an important welfare measure to enable the students to have access to education including professional courses like engineering, medicine, pharmacy, dental science, management of computer courses, etc. Hence the Government of Andhra Pradesh has incurring expenditure roughly about Rs.4500 cr per year under this scheme covering 26 to 30 lakhs students every year  treating it as a major welfare measure.

My EPASS scholarship application was wrongly rejected. What can i do now?

EPASS SCHOLARSHIPS/AP SCHOLARSHIPS -REASONS FOR REJECTION OF A SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM:     When a student filed his/her application online for claiming both reimbursement of tuition fee(RTF) & maintenance fee(MTF),his application will be verified & scru itinized at three levels,ie, 1)verified by the college principal 2)by the verification officer attached to the college and 3)finally by the concerned district welfare officer of the district.  If the scholarship application will be verified & found to be correct in all the above three levels,then only that application will be gone for sanction.    In all the three levels the application will be rejected by any one of them with the following reasons.
