EPASS SCHOLARSHIPS APPLICATION RE-REGISTRATION 2011-12: I HAVE NOT REGISTERED MY SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION ONLINE IN EPASS WEBSITE FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2011-12.WHAT CAN I DO NOW ?

EPASS SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION REGISTRATION 2011-12:-

    Astudent can register his scholarship application online in epass website http://epass.cgg.gov.in  within the time frame fixed by the government.Then only that application will be verified and if it found eligible ,the student can be provided with both REIMBURSEMENT OF TUITION FEE(RTF) & MAINTENANCE CHARGES(MTF) as per the rates fixed by Govt.

    For the academic year 2011-12,the government of ANDHRA PRADESH has extended the last date of registration of scholarship applications SIX TIMES generously upto JANUARY 15,2012 almost 8 months. In these 8 months, if any student can spare his time fir about 5-10 minutes,he should have registered his scholarship application online and avail the benifit of scholarship.

    Ofcourse, if any student can not registered his application online for scholarship intime and he wants to file his application again...,he should follow the procedure process as under.

THE PROCESS INVOLVED IN RE-REGISTERING APPLICATION:

1)He should submit a representation to DEPUTY DIRECTOR,SOCIAL WELFARE of the district specifying the reasons for not applying for scholarship and requesting for re-register the application along with necessary documents like income,caste,bonafide etc.

2)The DEPUTY DIRECTOR,SOCIAL WELFARE of the district, being a nodal officer for scholarships at district level,should thoroughly verify the application at field level and satisfied with the genuinity ,he will forward the application to the COMMISSIONER, SOCIAL WELFARE,HYDERABAD requesting for suitable permission.

3)Inturn, the COMMISSIONER, SOCIAL WELFARE,HYDERABAD,being a nodal officer at state level, may forward this application to the government for further action or may directly parmit DEPUTY DIRECTOR,PMU ,HYD to re- register the application online.Or that application may be rejected by COMMISSIONER, SOCIAL WELFARE.

4)The application,which is forwarded to govt by  COMMISSIONER, SOCIAL WELFARE,will be reached to the perusal of PRINCIPAL SECRETARY, SOCIAL WELFARE . Being a NODAL OFFICER FOR SCHOLARSHIPS OF ENEVELST ALL TIRE STATE AL,the PRINCIPAL SECRETARY, SOCIAL WELFARE can reject the application or parmit the DEPUTY DIRECTOR,PMU ,HYD to re-register the application for 2011-12.

5)By the orders of the PRINCIPAL SECRETARY, SOCIAL WELFARE or the COMMISSIONER, SOCIAL WELFARE, the DEPUTY DIRECTOR,PMU ,HYD shall re-register that application online and send it for verification and sanction.

                                      

                  If the student who can not filled his application online, felt that the above process is lengthy & time taking,he may directly approach and submit his request to the COMMISSIONER, SOCIAL WELFARE or the PRINCIPAL SECRETARY, SOCIAL WELFARE and got appropriate permission for re-register his application
