EPASS -Not Visible Epass Applications In College logins-Reasons & remedies

EPASS- Reasons for Non-Visibility of epass applications in college logins &suggestions for students in this regard :-
       Some of the Epass scholarship applications are not visible in college logins for verification even though the epass application status shows as"processing- pending at college for verification".
        We have tried to explain the reasons for this problem facing by many students & colleges and furnish the information for how to sort it out  in this small article.
       Please follow the lines below and act according to that.
       1. Not-Uploading the documents/certificates online.:
           The first reson for non-visibility of Epass scholarships application in college logins is not uploding the certificates online.
           When the student register his scholarship application online,he must scanned and upload the following certificates to the Epass server through http://epass.cgg.gov.in/
               1. income certificate(mandatory for all)
               2. caste certificate(not required for EBC students)
               3. allotment order(only for CET courses)
               4. first page of the bank pass book (optional)
           It is reflected in his epass application status which certificates are not uploded to Epass server.
          Whenever the student uploaded  the due certificates online to Epass website,the next moment his application will be displayed in college login for verification.
         The option of uploding the scanned documents/certificates is still open in the Epass website
                     http://epass.cgg.gov.in/.
     2. Mis match of SSC details :-

                    This problem is generally visible in CET(Common Entrance Tests) courses.And also this problem happened only in first year of all CET(Common entrance test)courses likeB.TECH/MBA/MCA/MBBS/BDS/POLYTECHNIC/B.Ed/B.PHARMACY/M.TECH/

M.PHARMACY .If the SSC details furnished by the student for the admission into CET courses is not matched to the ssc details furnished by the same student for claiming EPASS/AP SCHOLARSHIPS,then this problem encountered.IN these cases the application status shows as"processing at college",but those applictions are not visible in college login for verification due to the MISMATCH OF THE  SSC DETAILS.

                    If the student encounters this problem,he may approach his college principal or concerned district welfare officer along with his SSC MARKS MEMO. EDIT FACILITY OF SSC DETAILS WAS PROVIDED TO college principal ,to concerned district welfare officer & to PMU. AS AND WHEN THE college principal or the concerned district welfare officer or PMU edit & correct the SSC details as per the SSC marks memo, the application will be visible in college login for verification.

3.Fee Exempted "NO" in CET courses:

             In respect of CET courses like BTECH/MBA/MCA/BED/MTECH ,If a student did not produce the income certificate at the time of councelling with any reason and thats because paid the complete tuition fee at the councelling,then convenor of the CET put him under FEE - NOT EXEMPTED category and issue the allotment accordingly.FEE - NOT EXEMPTED category students are not eligible for claiming scholarships.all this category students are ineligible  and so their applications are not displayed in college logins.

             In such cases,those students shall approach the convenor of the respective CET and produce the income certificate and got corrections as FEE EXEMPTED-YES  in the CET allotment order,and then submit that corrected allotment order to the PMU officials.Then only the PMU (Project Monitering Unit )people can make the modification in Epass database and send applications from Epass server to college logins for verification.
