EPASS scholarships- Govt of AP released budget Rs.698.97 crores towards the arrears of 2011-12 scholarships

ePASS SCHOLARSHIPS-Rs.698.97 cr scholarship budget released for both RTF & MTF of 2011-12 by Govt of AP:-
                                           
                                         Govt of AP has released the budget Rs.698.97 cr towards the clearance of post matric scholarships arrears of 2011-12 academic year on 25-05-2012 . This budget has been released to clear the dues of RTF and MTF claims of all eligible SC,ST,BC,EBC and Minority students of Andhra Pradesh.
         The department wise allocation of budget details as under.

My EPASS scholarship application was wrongly rejected. What can i do now?

EPASS SCHOLARSHIPS/AP SCHOLARSHIPS -REASONS FOR REJECTION OF A SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM:     When a student filed his/her application online for claiming both reimbursement of tuition fee(RTF) & maintenance fee(MTF),his application will be verified & scru itinized at three levels,ie, 1)verified by the college principal 2)by the verification officer attached to the college and 3)finally by the concerned district welfare officer of the district.  If the scholarship application will be verified & found to be correct in all the above three levels,then only that application will be gone for sanction.    In all the three levels the application will be rejected by any one of them with the following reasons.
