Complte  the registration before 15 August 2012.


How to Register  Colleges Online In Epass Portal ? :-

         All the colleges except Junior colleges need to be register the particulars of college,courses&intake,attached hostel,bank account & affiliation details online by login into http://www.epass.cgg.gov.in using their user ID and pass word which has already provided to all college principals of the state.
      After filling all the details in the existing formats avaible in Epass website,the principal of the college shall submit those data to the Deputy Director, Social Welfare Online and take the printout of the registration data and submit that hard copy duly enclosing all relavent documents to   Deputy Director, Social Welfare of the concerned district.
      The Deputy Director, Social Welfare of the concerned district shall verify and cross check the details and later confirm the college if he found the information is genuine.
        Only the colleges which are confirmed by the Deputy Director, Social Welfare of the concerned district shall only eligible for claiming post matric scholarships & Reimbursement of Tuition Fee.
         The Registration Process of Colleges shall be completed before 15 August 2012.

EPASS SCHOLARSHIPS/AP SCHOLARSHIPS -REASONS FOR REJECTION OF A SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM:     When a student filed his/her application online for claiming both reimbursement of tuition fee(RTF) & maintenance fee(MTF),his application will be verified & scru itinized at three levels,ie, 1)verified by the college principal 2)by the verification officer attached to the college and 3)finally by the concerned district welfare officer of the district.  If the scholarship application will be verified & found to be correct in all the above three levels,then only that application will be gone for sanction.    In all the three levels the application will be rejected by any one of them with the following reasons.
